***UPDATE after 25+ years of running the Mid County OCD Support Group, Jim and I have decided to discontinue the group. Thank you to all have come to learn and support one another over the years!.*** With that said, there are two new free support groups in town! Both of the groups are professionally led, for those ages 18 and up, and who have been diagnosed with OCD. One is virtual and meets on the first Monday of each month from 7:30-9pm. The second is in-person (two locations: Mission Valley and Encinitas) and meets on the third Monday of each month from 6-7:30pm. RSVP is required for all groups, so please email group4OCD@gmail.com to receive login/location information or with any questions you might have.
